GST Registration Service Process
Documents Required
PAN Card
Permanent Account Number (PAN) card of the business entity or the proprietor/partners/directors, as applicable.
Identity and Address Proof
Identity proof (such as Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, etc.) and address proof (such as Aadhaar card, passport, driving license, utility bills, etc.) of the proprietor/partners/directors.


Photographs
Recent passport-sized photographs of the proprietor/partners/directors.
Business Registration Documents:
Bank Account Details
Bank account statement/canceled cheque in the name of the business entity.
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
DSC of the authorized signatory (required for private limited companies, public limited companies, LLPs, and foreign companies).
Letter of Authorization: In case the authorized signatory is not a director or partner, a Letter of Authorization or Board Resolution granting them the authority to sign and apply for GST registration on behalf of the business.
